Mr. Adi Patel joined the Merchant Banking Division of JM Financial in 1993 and is currently the Managing Director of JM Financial Limited, the Holding Company of the Company. Mr. Patel is also on the Board of JM Financial Asset Reconstruction Company Limited and Infinite India Investment Management Limited.

In his experience of around 32 years, he has developed strong relationships with leading Indian and global clients across various Industry segments and has advised them on numerous strategic Merger & Acquisitions/restructuring transactions. He has executed some landmark Merger & Acquisitions/restructuring transactions for some of the leading business houses in India.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and is also a qualified Chartered Accountant.
